For the past 14 years Steve has been teaching group exercise classes as well as designing and implementing personal training programs which combine sound exercise principles and current fitness trends with a cutting edge approach. His experience and training skills allow him to have great success with clients ranging from professional athletes, to weekend warriors, to the physically challenged.
