Good Morning.
Its day #24! I can't believe its already more than 1/2 way over. I woke up this morning sore, even after a rest day yesterday, but once I got dressed and turned the DVD on I was motivated to do Level 3 again. This is the 3rd time I have done
Level 3 along with a Metabolism Boost workout on Sunday. Level 3 is HARD. I am getting better at it though. Today I managed to survive the 1st two circuits and then by circuit 3 was having a hard time. Its all plank moves followed by rockstar jumps. I think I have mentioned those a few times before!
Here is an example of the rockstar jumps...and let me tell you by the time you get to them, your body does not want to leave the ground! Mine are not even close to this!!

My
plank poses have improved dramatically however which gives me hope that one day I can do these too! I actually enjoy doing them now because I can see how strong my back and shoulders have become!
Tomorrow is a rest day (the weekends are my tough workouts) and then onto the weekend!
