Warm up 10min then rotator cuff exercise (band movement) 2x 12reps
The following exercises 25 reps 4x
Squats
Crunches
Pulldowns
Push ups on ground
Back lunges
5min light cardio
Following exercises 50 reps 3x
Incline pushups
Leg press 90lbs
Sit up punches
