Formally trained in jazz and ballet, the former cheerleader and competitive tennis player has starred in numerous fitness DVDs that you’ve likely seen on the retail shelves. With more than 8 years of fitness instruction under her belt, Jennifer draws from an array of disciplines including yoga, Pilates, jazz, hip hop, sculpting, spinning, and Tae-Bo.
