Desirée Bartlett M.S., CPT has been teaching health and fitness for 15 years. Originally from Chicago, she holds a degree in Kinesiology with a Minor in Dance and a Master's Degree in Corporate Fitness. Desiree holds advanced certifications in Yoga, Personal Training, and Group Fitness.
Jennifer Galardi
Jennifer Galardi teaches dance and fitness classes at some of LA’s hottest health clubs, including Sports Club LA, Crunch and Equinox. Formally trained in jazz and ballet, the former cheerleader and competitive tennis player has starred in numerous fitness DVDs that you’ve likely seen on the retail shelves. With more than 8 years of fitness instruction under her belt, Jennifer draws from an array of disciplines including yoga, Pilates, jazz, hip hop, sculpting, spinning, and Tae-Bo.
Jessica Smith
A certified wellcoach and fitness lifestyle expert, Jessica coaches clients, health professionals and wellness related companies, helping them to “find the fitness within.” A coach for ivillage’s www.neversaydiet.com, Jessica has starred in The Abs Diet for Women Workout, Women’s Health Magazine’s Train for Your Body Type and several 10 Minute Solution DVDs. Nicole Stewart
Nicole ranked #1 on the West Coast and #2 nationally according to Top Trainer's America's Best Pilates Instructor contest 2008. Since Nicole began teaching Pilates in September 2002, she's enjoyed working privately and semi-privately with men and women aged 16-75. She first became certified at the Kane School of Core Integration in New York and then again through the PhysicalMind Institute in Beverly Hills. Her experience at traditional studios, luxury gyms, and at a physical rehabilitation center has afforded her the firsthand knowledge of how to tailor workouts to all ages, body types, and fitness levels. She lives in Dallas.
Tom Morley
Studying and teaching yoga for over a decade, Tom Morley’s journey began as a natural extension of his massage therapy practice. Today, he’s one of LA’s hottest yoga instructors, known for his unique blend of music, vigorous asana flow, long holds and powerful spiritual meditation.
