The demand was so great that she created Balocity™ the DVD. Ballet training which elongates the muscles while strengthening them contributing to a lean, flexible and toned body is the dancer's secret. "It's cardio with a classic twist."

Ilyse Baker
Ilyse Baker, 2008 Winner of Exercise TV's Top Trainer in the Country for Dance Instructor, specializes in dance fitness and choreography. Ilyse teaches numerous classes all over Los Angeles at some of the most prestigious health clubs such as Equinox and 360 Health Club. She holds a B.A. in Dance Performance and Dance Education and is AFAA certified. Ilyse has danced with LeAnn Rimes, Elton John, and Missy Elliot. Ilyse has also starred and co-starred in many fitness videos. Her east coast edge keeps you moving and grooving in one heck of a workout!

Izett Barnett
Izett Barnett, creator of Izett's Xtreme Step has had the distinction of being designated a Nike Fitness Athlete and is considered one of the most dynamic, creative and innovative fitness instructors in the country. He is the instructor MC calling the moves.

Jennifer Galardi
Jennifer Galardi teaches dance and fitness classes at some of LA’s hottest health clubs, including Sports Club LA, Crunch and Equinox. Formally trained in jazz and ballet, the former cheerleader and competitive tennis player has starred in numerous fitness DVDs that you’ve likely seen on the retail shelves. With more than 8 years of fitness instruction under her belt, Jennifer draws from an array of disciplines including yoga, Pilates, jazz, hip hop, sculpting, spinning, and Tae-Bo.
