Cindy Whitmarsh
Cindy Whitmarsh is a Licensed Sports Nutritionist and fitness trainer with a degree in Corporate and Community Fitness/Nutrition. She is the owner of Cindy Whitmarsh Fitness, Ultrafit Nutrition Systems, Inc., and the fitness expert for KUSI News in San Diego. In addition to being an ExerciseTV trainer and online fitness and nutrition contributor, she is also the nutrition and fitness consultant for the San Diego Charger girls, some of the top San Diego Charger football players, and Professional Beach Volleyball players. Cindy is the star of numerous fitness DVD’s and was the featured Nutritionist on Fat Free Fiances and The Style Slim Down Show which aired on Style.
Jennifer Galardi
Jennifer Galardi teaches dance and fitness classes at some of LA’s hottest health clubs, including Sports Club LA, Crunch and Equinox. Formally trained in jazz and ballet, the former cheerleader and competitive tennis player has starred in numerous fitness DVDs that you’ve likely seen on the retail shelves. With more than 8 years of fitness instruction under her belt, Jennifer draws from an array of disciplines including yoga, Pilates, jazz, hip hop, sculpting, spinning, and Tae-Bo.
Kendell Hogan
