She is the owner of Cindy Whitmarsh Fitness, Ultrafit Nutrition Systems, Inc., and the fitness expert for KUSI News in San Diego. In addition to being an ExerciseTV trainer and online fitness and nutrition contributor, she is also the nutrition and fitness consultant for the San Diego Charger girls, some of the top San Diego Charger football players, and Professional Beach Volleyball players. Cindy is the star of numerous fitness DVD’s and was the featured Nutritionist on Fat Free Fiances and The Style Slim Down Show which aired on Style.
Kendell Hogan
Kendell Hogan, an ExerciseTV Star Trainer, has helped to create the look of fitness programs as we view them today. This former aerobics champion uses his high energy, fun choreography and entertaining teaching style to deliver heart pumping, calorie burning workouts.
Marco Reed
Marco Reed holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Master of Arts in Psychology. Accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Marco’s atypical approach to training brings harmony and balance to the mind, spirit and body.
Steve Maresca
Steve Maresca,a Body By Jake Endorsed Trainer, brings his love of fitness and a dynamic energy filled experience to all his training sessions.
