Video Downloads are a new way to deliver the latest ExerciseTV workouts to you. When you purchase a Video Download, there is no waiting for anything to be shipped. Your videos are immediately placed in your Download Library. In your Library, you can play your videos or download them in MP4 format. You can play the videos on your PC, sync them to your iPod or other portable device, or burn them to a DVD.

To PLAY your videos, simply click the Play button on the video in the listing and the video player will appear and begin playback of the video you selected.

To DOWNLOAD videos in MP4 format, click the Download button on the video in the listing:

Once the video is downloaded to your computer, you can play them using Quicktime or other video player software, transfer them to your portable device, or burn them to DVD.

To BURN videos to a DVD that you can play on a DVD player, you will need DVD Authoring software. DVD Authoring is a process necessary to create a DVD that can be played with a DVD player and TV. Not all programs that can burn a data DVD can also author a video DVD. Also the supported video formats vary between different kinds of software. Roxio Easy Media Creatorusing MyDVD Express, NeroVision and iDVD on the Mac are capable of DVD Authoring. Note that most free versions of the Roxio and Nero burning software suites do not include the DVD Authoring component.
