Chris is my absolute favorite! She's very encouraging and supportive in her videos. I've never been able to commit to an exercise plan for long, but Chris' 10 lb Slimdown has kept me hooked and I'm healthier and happier than ever! Thanks Chris! |

I love Chris's workouts and programs for eating well. I'm a fairly new follower as I've recenty decided to take the plunge and get fit. My only concern in her recipes is the use of products containing aspartame. It is clinically proven to cause a plethora of side effects including aiding in cravings. It has been known to cause Parkinson's like symptoms, MS, and cancer in thousands of humans. It is also habit-forming thus forcing consumers to purchase more and more "diet" foods and beverages. It's a scary thing when the FDA allows such chemicals as this into our foods that when broken down by bodily functions turns into chemicals that actually kill humans. Deteriorating our bodies from the inside out, very slowly. |

I like Chris Freytag's workout videos. They're challenging but she always gives insight to make it work. I also enjoy her commentary throughout the video- not annoying like most workout trainers. |

I'm a long time intermediate exerciser and I just love this workout. It's designed really well and wastes no time. I can increase the intensity by putting more power into my moves and/or using heavier weights. I especially like the fact that it leaves me feeling worked out and energized but not exhausted. |

I am female and 63. In my 'salad days' I was a fitness instructor so I feel qualified in assessing a workout. This one is terrific! |

This is the perfect workout for someone that is in reasonable shape and over 60 like I am. Most videos have you in the floor one minute and back up the next, which is not easy for people of my age group. This workout is simple and easy, and it's a great cardio workout. Also, it's great to tone up the arms and get rid of that skin hanging loose, if you know what I mean. I couldn't be more pleased with the video, and the only one that I liked well enough to purchase. |
