Jennifers Red Carpet Body and Ballet Strength workout are great for post-natal exercise when you want to get back in shape without jarring moves. I really like her personality and types of exercises always makes me feel like I am toning and lengthening my body rather then just bulking up.. I have been doing these two workouts almost everyday since my doctor gave me the ok to start exercising again! |

I love this workout! I started doing it after the birth of my son in combination with running every day (almost everyday!) and I am really liking Jen's style!! |

I only give this workout 2 stars b/c I was hoping for more of an interval work-out, mixing cardio and weights. I like to get the most for my work-outs- 20-30 minutes max every day. The cardio was very limited and I added my own into the mix during down times of this workout. Another note- there is moderate yoga in this workout and I am just not into that, so perhaps that's why I didn't care for this. It was just kind of slow. If you like yoga and want to add this into an existing routine, then it's worth a shot. I personally won't do it again. |

I absolutely love this dance/cardio workout. The music was excellent except for the very last song, it messes up my groove. I switch up my daily routines, but when it's back to this one, I'm very excited. It doesn't feel like I'm working out, but just having fun dancing. I love dancing! I'm now trying to find the music that's being used. |
