Jennifers Red Carpet Body and Ballet Strength workout are great for post-natal exercise when you want to get back in shape without jarring moves. I really like her personality and types of exercises always makes me feel like I am toning and lengthening my body rather then just bulking up.. I have been doing these two workouts almost everyday since my doctor gave me the ok to start exercising again!

I'm simply addicted to Jennifer's workouts.
Love the Ballet Strength Workout on ET and also her new DVD, the Ballet Body Workout.
She is motivating and fun!

I love this workout! I started doing it after the birth of my son in combination with running every day (almost everyday!) and I am really liking Jen's style!!

I only give this workout 2 stars b/c I was hoping for more of an interval work-out, mixing cardio and weights. I like to get the most for my work-outs- 20-30 minutes max every day. The cardio was very limited and I added my own into the mix during down times of this workout. Another note- there is moderate yoga in this workout and I am just not into that, so perhaps that's why I didn't care for this. It was just kind of slow. If you like yoga and want to add this into an existing routine, then it's worth a shot. I personally won't do it again.

I absolutely love this dance/cardio workout. The music was excellent except for the very last song, it messes up my groove. I switch up my daily routines, but when it's back to this one, I'm very excited. It doesn't feel like I'm working out, but just having fun dancing. I love dancing! I'm now trying to find the music that's being used.
