What a dissapointment. I was expecting a complete 20 minute workout. Instead, I got demonstrations on different exercises I could do without clear direction of how many I should be doing or for how long.

To be fair, the exercises themselves look good and the demonstrations are clear. However, if you wanted to actually follow the workout as laid out, you'd have to pause the video, do the exercise, and unpause the video to see what was next. This might be fine for some folks, but I was looking for a beginning to end class that I could do along with the instructor. This is not it.

I think this is a great routine for the lower body! I would have liked to have known what other areas of the legs I would be working out other than my hamstrings. I already do these workouts now, but not as a routine like this...though, I may not be ready for the Sumo squats at the gym!
