What a dissapointment. I was expecting a complete 20 minute workout. Instead, I got demonstrations on different exercises I could do without clear direction of how many I should be doing or for how long. |

I think this is a great routine for the lower body! I would have liked to have known what other areas of the legs I would be working out other than my hamstrings. I already do these workouts now, but not as a routine like this...though, I may not be ready for the Sumo squats at the gym! |
