Wonderful workout!! The workout really does target the hips, buns, and thighs, and you can feel it. The best part of the workout is that it gets down to business, none of the frill.

I love Tom's yoga. It is definitely a workout, but he keeps it fun.

This workout is extremely effective and a sufficient legnth of time. If I can fit in an intense workout I will dontjis workout and still break a sweat and get my heart rate up.
