This is my go-to Yoga video. Along with running and diet, it has helped me loose weight and become more toned. It is great for stretching out a work and run-weary body. |

A beginner can do this, but is still effective for intermediate. I'm not advanced so I can' speak to that. My favorite part is that it is an effective workout that's only 20 minutes. Great for days when you don't have alot of time to exercise. I also love that its about full body fitness rather than targeting 1 area. |

I purchased this video a few months ago, and have been using it sparatically since. Although the poses are tough, I haven't seen the results I was hoping for. This may be due to the fact that I used it so irregularly, but when compared to other yoga workouts created by Tom Morley, I haven't gotten the same effect. Great compliment to a cardio workout such as a jog, and because it is so short and simple, can be used so. |
