This workout converted me from a cardio freak to a yogi! Very challenging mix of yoga and fitness!

This is great for the beginner, with plenty of challenges as one improves. I love this episode so much that I bought it so I could eventually master it. I will be looking forward to future Angie Stewart videos.

I labeled this as advanced because it still kicks my butt, after practicing this workout for more than a year! Angie does tell you how to modify movements, though, so even non-practiced yogis get a lot out of it. I always work up a sweat. The first 20 minutes are HARDCORE - once I get through those, I know I can make it through the 2nd half. I end feeling relaxed and strengthened!
