Holly's workouts are not the same as other trainers. She talks to you, instead of at you. My current favorite is the 20 minute sweat workout. It is a very satisfying workout. She is alone, and uses no music. It's like a one on one personal trainer. Believe me, you really feel this one. |

I just did the 20 minutes sweet, I have decided to start working out my mother had a heart attack. I have been about 60 lbs overwait for 15 years i am only 28. I own my own company and i hardly get to leave my desk. This video was a great way for me to start i plain on doing it every day this month and see what happens. I did not use waits i didnt have any but i still sweeted more then i have in a long time....Thank You and I will bring my waits from home tomarro and together i will drop these lbs i know it! |

I absolutely love this workout plan. I am on day 17 and can see a world of difference in my body and the way I feel is amazing. The many different exercises have left me feeling strong and flexible. I stand up straighter, sit up staighter and am more aware of my muscles when I walk. Thank you to all who put the workout plan together. |
