So many trainers go quickly through the steps - Jennifer remembers to tell viewers where to start and when. Great pace, great work out!

I am just getting back in to exercising after a hiatus that was WAY too long! I just LOVED this workout! It was fun, and I didn't even feel like I was exercising. I worked up a good sweat while enjoying myself thoroughly. Don't feel as though you have to have a sense of rhythm. Jennifer encourages you to just keep moving even if you mess up (which I did frequently! LOL) She was easy to follow, and I really liked her energy and style. I will definitely do more workouts with her!

She is great. I really like how natural she is and i simple LOVE her standing abs workout. My fav!!

Much more of a traditional workout with her special core included. I found it included lower body as well. Liked the movements, as always.

Although she doesn't call it that. Loved all of the flowing moves--even though I wasn't that coordinated the first few times through!!

I did not feel the "burn" with these exercises.
