This is probably my favorite workout on Exercise TV so far. Its a great total upper body workout, and definitely produces results. |

I just downloaded this and I LOVE it! She not only does your arms but she includes "some" AB's & Leg exercises to go with your arms. The key is to go at your own pace, for a 20 minute workout it's fun, not too hard, and it's done before you know it. I do ZUMBA for my cardio 3x's a week so I wanted something for my Arms, and this is GREAT! This could be for a begginer or intermediate. |
