Jillian is an inspiration to many people, I love her work. I am waiting until I can get a credit card so I can buy some of her videos.. But until then I have just been writing down some workouts she has and put them into my workout at the gym, I love the plank twisting oblique crunches, anything to do with the plank works wonders. I thank Jillian for all her hard work, I would love to be a personal trainer someday! |
