Even with chronic pain in all my major joints, Leslie's workouts are do-able and cover all the bases. I've noticed a difference in just a few workouts. Thanks Leslie! |

Starting with Leslie's DVD's was the best way to get in to fitness. I can try so many things now because of her. Kick boxing, Yoga, Tae Bo and more. Thanks Leslie!! |

Leslie & I meet eveyday for this workout. I love it ! I have introduced other family members to the workout as well... I have results that I am SO happy with. Looking forward to recieving my next workout video !!! |

I think this is a great, overall, in-home workout - you get aerobics, toning and stretching, all in about 35 minutes. Leslie does get a little grating - she never stops talking and doesn't always keep track of the number of repetitions, but you get your workout and that's why you're buying the DVD. I just lower the volumn and start walking, walking, walking. |
