Why does Natalie think a 40 second cool down is sufficient for a 20 minute workout? The moves are easy enough to follow, however her counting is off and she needs to do a better job of giving mirror imaged instruction as she stops doing so in the middle of the workout. She should have spent a little more time on structuring the workout. |
Natalie Yco
Natalie Yco has been a group exercise instructor and personal trainer for 10 years. She credits her struggle growing up with asthma for her success in the fitness industry. She was so determined to overcome it that she turned to the gym and martial arts to get well. Her dedication presented her with many opportunities. She was asked to help launch a kickboxing program that led to great success including an exercise video. Presently she teaches for Equinox, Sports Club LA and Bodies in Motion. She motivates her students with excitement, energy and music with cool, funky beats. She always encourages her students to give 100% of themselves and gives each one personal attention. No matter what level of fitness her students are, they always excel above and beyond their expectations.
