Holly's workouts are not the same as other trainers. She talks to you, instead of at you. My current favorite is the 20 minute sweat workout. It is a very satisfying workout. She is alone, and uses no music. It's like a one on one personal trainer. Believe me, you really feel this one. |

I absolutely love this workout. It really works your whole body and keeps your muscles guessing, not to mention the cardio bursts too. Fabulous. |

OMG!! Jus purchased this video 30 mins ago and now I am sweating like crazy.. The workout is excellent, really gets your heart beat up and brings out the sweat. |

Holly Perkins holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from Penn State and has been a celebrity trainer for over 14 years. Holly’s workouts come straight from her experience working with athletes and celebrities who include Adrian Grenier, Howard Stern, and a Presidential Candidate.
