I just started working out. This was my first video. The 10 minute time frame was perfect. At first, it was difficult but I rapidly improved but some parts continue to remain a challenge. It definitely met my needs.
Quick, extremely efficient workout with no moves that are impossible for the average-to-clumsy person to do. I am extremely uncoordinated and I had no trouble doing this workout and, unlike other ab workouts I have tried, I could totally feel it!
Mrs. Dixon is motivating. I follow up the Incredible Abs with this. I love the boxer ab work.

It hurt so good!! I rarely feel any pain or burn in my abs when I do ab exercises but with this I would have to pause because the pain was unbearable. I'm not fit at all so I'm glad I finally found an ab exercise that is extremely efficient.
This is by far the best ab workout I've tried. In only 10 minutes I felt like I wouldve spent much more time to get the same results as I did.
I am really impressed. I have been using this work out for over a week now in addition to light running and it has made a huge difference!
