It's a great 10 minute abs excercice for people like me that need to get rid of those extra michelines and has limited time.

excellent

I'm just starting out...(again!). This workout is perfect for me. I can complete the short 10 mins and feel very accomplished. Not overwhelming like a longer tougher program. And I still have motivation & energy to do the 10 minute buns/thighs program too.

Great quick workout!

I haven't actually done this video yet, but I've watched it straight through. She's energetic and really makes the most of 10 minutes. This is something you could do in your office on your lunch break or at night right before bed. It's an awesome little workout and it's great that you can download it from any computer. I have it at home and at work!

Great Variety

Great workout in a short period of time, concentrating on the core, but also getting other muscles in the process. Good variety. I especially like the plank (push-up position) jacks.

it was okay

i think Cindy is great, but i want to break into a sweat when i workout, and seriously burn. this didn't cut it for me. Great for someone just beginning though:)

10min Abs

Surprisingly this was a fantastic workout. I thought I had strong abs but found this to be challenging and effective, my abs feel tighter after 2weeks!! The great thing about it is that it is NOT time consuming and you don't need a lot of space to do it. Highly recommended :D

This Abs workout targeted the abdominal muscles well. It gave a good variety of floor exercises. It's fast paced so those who are in a hurry to get a good Ab workout within minutes will love it!

This is a wonderful ab workout. At first I thought 10 minutes(?), but the focus is specific and you will see results! Cindy is an extremely motivating instructor. Highly recommend this workout (who doesn't have 10 minutes?)!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! Cindy Whitmarsh is my absolute favorite trainer on exercisetv. She give just the right amount of motivation to push you to your max. I can always count on her workouts to get the job done whether it's a quick 10 minute workout or 30 minute cardio. You will definitely feel the burn in this awesome workout!

Of course all ab routine's come from the same fundamental background due to their effectiveness and of course, safety. I'm always looking to find a new take on the typical exercise and this video does exhibit some of this element. However, in my opinion, abs are abs and most of us are educated enough to know what works for us. SO MODIFY and just watch this before you buy it! I love that feature.

Cindy is a great instructor, very professional and knowledgeable. I like her style, cueing and motivation. This video is advanced and great. I highly recommended for those who want to challenge their abs in a different way and are bored of crunches! Keep up the good work Cindy...I will keep downloading your excellent workouts. I found this to be a great, quick workout to target the abs. I love the fact that there are so many ways to work the abs besides standard crunches. I'm a huge fan of Cindy Whitmarsh, and generally mix and match 3 or 4 of her workouts daily to target specific areas in addition to her total body workouts. For addditional ab workouts from Cindy, check out her "Burn" series workouts (not just for abs either!) or her "Incredible Abs" workout.

I have only followed this video once so far, but liked it. It wasn't super intense, but since I've only done it once, I was paying more attention to the assortment of moves and not focusing on doing them intensely. The variety of moves was good, and it was nice they weren't typical crunches. It would be a good quick workout for beginner/intermediates.

The ab routine was quite advanced for a beginner like me but I enjoyed watching the advanced techniques that the trainer provided on basic pilates and yoga moves. She is an excellent motivator and provides the user a great tool in getting stronger abs. I am glad I watched it and plan to use it when I get to that level. Thanks Exercise TV!

Cindy's workouts rock! I saw my abs become Rock Hard in just 10 days! (had hand surgury so I had to stop for 4 weeks) But, as soon as you start again, their back!
