LOVE IT!!

This DVD is GREAT!! I need to work out with weights to really look good. I am turning 50 and am determined to look good on my 50th Birthday. I had tried other Trainers' videos and toned up some. Then I found Jackie on Exercise TV On Demand. The extra hard work out and the use of weights is just what my body needed to start to snap back into the "well defined" body I had had most of my life from riding and jumping horses professionally for years. Since I had to stop riding my body had fallen apart. A serious back injury had made it impossible to work out for over a year and I can never ride again. The most embarassing part ended up being that my upper arms that had been so well muscled all of those years just turned to mush. I had the dreaded hanging flab on my arms. The kind that makes you want to vomit when you are waving and feel it hanging and swinging back and forth! YUCK!! Then one of my sons said something to me about having "wings"! I decided I would start working out and I was determined to NEVER hear that again. After less than 30 days I see a significant difference. Enough to make me keep working out with Jackie 3 or 4 times a week. The rest of my body looks like it did when I was 30 and fit. I know this DVD will snap those Triceps back to where they used to be by my Birthday in April. I am so glad I found her!!

Started the upper body and ab routines on Exercise tv and was hooked. Hard to find an upper body routine that really hits all the major muscle groups.. Ab routine is great too! Just started the lower body and already feel a difference. Definitely a keeper..

Great tape. Brief but targeted routines. I like thqat the individual workouts are only about 20 minutes each, very useful if you're pressed for time.

I needed to find a workout that helps build strength as well as helps increase my metabolism through cardio... but it needed to be short as I don't have much time as a new mom. I found these workouts on exercisetv when I was pregnant and did them without weights to maintain a healthy weight... post-partum, I do these workouts and LOVE how I feel after the 20 minutes. The DVD has a great option to combine the workouts should I find I have more time too!

this is a good work out. you will feel it. Great for upper, lower and abs. 60 minutes of really good exercises. I felt it the next day in my glutes. YEA

This is a great video. It helped me tremendously with my stomch, arms, chest and thighs. The exercises in this video toned all my troble spots. It is the only video that has flatend my stomach.

This fast paced reps are what make this workout so effective. This workout really hits my trouble zones (lower abs, back of the arms) while the pace makes me feel like I am literally melting fat during the entire workout. Jackie's moves are challenging and highly effective. This workout definitely delivers!

The Upper body routine works the entire arm, shoulder, and back area. You really feel it in those hard to get places and there are some different moves I haven't seen before. This workout totally crushes your upper body!
