Great video

Video's are great! Exercise TV Store...not so much. My order got messed up, they sent me the wrong video, e-mailed them twice, still no response! No return labels! No return instructions!

I love Cindy! She really gets you motivated, and her instructions are very easy to follow! I just wish it was longer than 10 minutes!

I love working out with Cindy Whitmarsh, the results are great, i'm a stay at home mom and so i have the mom tummy and since i have been working out i have now a defined tummy.

Efficient

If you're short on time or if you want to focus more on arms, abs or cardio and throw also some legwork in, this is a very simple and thorough workout.

The best!
