Relax the day off

This is a really nice way to end the day. It stretches me out and the instructor's voice is very relaxing. I always sleep better on the nights I do "zen in your den" and wake up feeling more energized the next morning!

To be honest, I was very disappointed. Transitions between poses are not smooth. I own several Yoga videos and this was definately the most terrible one. I'm doing Yoga 10 - 30 min everyday. I loved them, especially, the one with Megan Townsend (exercise TV). I tried to do this yoga routine ttwo times, but I always stop at around 11 min, cuz I don't feel like doing it more. I almost laughed when asked to jump legs between arms or jump back ... This is nto a yoga. It didn't give any soothing or relaxing feeling, not energizing either. I have several different kinds, like relaxing yoga, energizing yoga, weight loss yoga, ... but this is not the kind that I've ever wanted. I do recommend "Megan Townsend."

Very easy to follow. Nice background music. The instructor's cues are simple, which makes it easy to do what she says as far as getting into the right position and breathing in the right pattern pretty quickly. That makes it easy to concentrate on the way your body feels so you can deepen the stretch and really feel the workout. I enjoy this quick video as soon as I get home from work--it's just long enough (20 mins) to make me feel good and prevent emotional eating after a rough day.
