Another good fitness tube workout. This one hits just about every area of the body. Paul is fun to work out with and he explains the moves really well--- as well as telling you when a transition is coming. I prefer the upper body work to the lower body work (just because I hate doing legs!) This is a nice change of pace and I usually do this one a couple of times a week. |
