20 mins sweat

Does exactly what it says, makes you sweat. The first time i did this i could barely lift my leg for the last exercise i was so knakerd, the bandana i was wearing was soaked through. She really keeps the pace going through out so by the end youv'e had a good all round workout so if your short on time this will do.

GREAT workout

Yes you sweat. Its a great workout. It gets all parts of your body. I love how Holly narrates why you are doing these workouts and keep you hanging in there and stay till the end of the set !

Excellent Workout

This workout is terrific in a scant 20 minute package. If you think you will outgrow it, just add more weights. Not boring and repetitious and Holly is a joy to watch and workout with. I was so impressed with it that I did not want it to end just with On Demand, so I bought it to keep it permanently. Thanks Exercise TV.

Fast and effective. Holly gives great instructions on proper form. 20 minutes well-spent if you need a quick workout to make you sweat! One of my favorites if I'm short on time.

AWESOME

Love this, who doesn't have 20 mins? I am a busy mom of three, and I try to run 35 minutes every two or three days, but sometimes that is just too much time. Plus, I can do this IN MY LIVING ROOM. I am in pretty good shape, and I felt like I got a real workout from this. LOVE IT

20 minute sweat

The first time I did this video I could hardly walk for 3 days. It took everything I had to sit on the toilet and get back up. It is a total all over body workout. I think Holly Perkins is GREAT at what she does!

I stumbled across exercise tv on the cable system. I had 4 heart attacks in 2006 undergoing 4 major heart surgeries with a grime prognoses. I gained about 10 pounds in six months from inactivity.
