Good Stretching

This is great for when you want an easy day with stretching, but still targeting the core.

Just what I needed

I watched this video once just to see what it would be like, and so I wouldn't feel so lost when I went back to follow along. I tried to watch it again so that I could do the poses but for some reason this video doesn't work anymore. Too bad, it looked like a really fun workout.

After being in an accident and very stiff, I found this to be challenging, however, I am using this as a physiotherapy/rehabilitation to get me back to what I enjoy. Exercise!

Perfect Beginner Workout

I am brand new to yoga and decided to buy this download and my friend gave me some DVDs. Well she can have the DVD's back because this is the only beginners yoga workout that I have enjoyed so far! I love Meaghan's teaching style and she walks you through the moves slowly and explains everything. Very pleased with this workout! Even my "I'm never going to do yoga" boyfriend is starting to say he might try her video - THAT'S saying something!!

Great First Yoga Workout

This is a great workout for first timers like me. The instructor does a great job of keeping things simple and offers a number of more challenging variations. While I lack flexibility (thus the reason for yoga), I was still able to keep up with most of the poses and was very pleased with the demeanor of the instructor - she knows how to keep it light and fun.

Very easy to follow. Perfect for beginners just starting to explore yoga! Love the way Meghan gives options to keep it simple, or to add a little bit of a challenge. i love doing this workout first thing every day! As I desire more of a challenge, I will absolutely turn to this website to find more workouts (particularly those led by Meghan.)

I've never tried yoga before & was surprised that I could do the workout. The instructor is great...she gives good directions. When I feel more confident in the different yoga poses, I'll look for Meagan Townsend in an intermediate yoga level.
