Excellent Low Impact Workout

I LOVE Cindy!!! She provides great workout, short amount of time, and great calorie burn given that it is low impact. Her energy level is great and you can tell she enjoys what she is doing, she is genuine, and this motivates me to give it my all. This workout in particular I like because I have limited flexibility in my hips and it works out my lower body and I get a great hip stretch (and great hip workout too). I do this workout after Bikini Ready and I finish feeling a sense of accomplishment! I highly recommend for those who want a low impact great sculpting workout that targets the lower body. I was sweating by the end of this workout and warmed and felt like I could do a third.

I will agree, this routine gave me an incredible workout, both cardio and in the hips/butt/quads muscles. However, the fast pace used for the cardio benefits did not give me a chance to see how to do the move we were going to do before we jumped in. This, combined with the incredible balance required for some of the poses, made it very difficult to follow along, resulting in poor form and less effective of a workout than it might otherwise have been.

GREAT!

This work out hits all the muscles in the legs, buns, and hips! I an having too much fun to feel it while I work out, but the next day, i FEEEEL it! Yay Cindy!

Like this workout. I'm a big fan of Cindy's workouts, so I'll try anything that she's in. I don't usually feel the burn while I'm doing this one, but the next day I feel it. I love the cardio aspect of this workout. Cindy keeps you moving nonstop throughout the workout.
