A good (though very abbreviated) 10-minute evening yoga sequence. A nice transition from a busy day to a good night's sleep. |

Who DOESN'T have a stressful life anymore? And most of us carry it around in our muscles, unable to let go of it when we really need to. Meaghan Townsend's PM yoga is simply amazing!! The stretches and poses are so simple yet deeply relaxing. I feel the stress of the day just melt out of my body. I actually find myself yawing before the 10 minutes are even up!! Perfect to do just before you crawl into bed - I HIGHLY recommend this video for everyone!! |

Megan Townsend's PM yoga is great. The stretches she shows you are very relaxing. They really do prepare you for a good nights rest, and anyone can do it. She is one of the best yoga instructors in my opinion. |
