Great workout if you are short on time.

This is a great workout for your upper body if you are short on time. It is great for beginners and Natalie is great! Love it!

It is a nice workout but has nothing to do with yoga or stretch...
It is either strength or sculpt with weights where you do stretch the muscles you just worked.
But I thought that was a must after strength training in order to avoid sore muscles...
Natalie is nice though and easy to follow.
