Great Abs Workout

I love this workout! The ten minute version is good too. But this is a great way to feel the burn in your abs! Do this three times a week and you're sure to look good in that swimsuit! I love the trainer too!

great ab workout

I have been doing this one for a while, mixed with abs 2, and it is always a challenge depending on how much effort I put in...I am surprised at how I have not tired of this one!!!

I found this ab workout 'on demand' and loved it. I later purchased it online. This workout works your abs from various angles. I like the diversity and the focus on the obligues which shape your mid section. I've recommended it to all my friends.

BEST abs workout I have found

LOVE this workout. Cindy is great and encouraging!! She definitely pushes you, but never loses that smile. I use this workout every other day and i can see my 6-pack starting to form. There IS hope and the average person CAN have great abs - Cindy will get you there! Recommend this to anyone who is looking to strengthen and tone those core muscles!

exercise tv rocks,the workouts are all good,i combine them and keep my muscles from getting used to tapes,bellydance and all dance help me modify wo to my back injury,the instructor is concerned with your back,your fan,harleygypsy

I really love this workout because it is easy at the beginning but increase its exigency gradually and you feel it! At the end you feel pure satisfaction! I recommend this workout to everybody

Difficult but effective

This workout definitely makes me sore the next day. Especially with bicycle crunches! 10min of the ab work is standing and 10min is on the ground. Good workout! Cindy is great! Very positive attitude and motiviating!

Incredible Abs LUV IT

This is THE abs workout if you really want that six pack. Not really cardio but you will surely sweat in the and.
It works you from all angles - standing, sitting, planks, - so it challenges not only abs but core as well. Cindy RULES!!!

Cindy Witmarsh is absolutely amazing! This work out is great because its not super time consuming, but it really pushes you to the limit, and I definitely see and feel results after! I always feel great after a workout with Cindy and this is my favorite ab workout from her!

I love Cindy Withmarsh. Her incredible Abs workout is fantastic. You are going to feel your Abs stronger from the first day of your workout. Some of the exercises in this video are different than the traditional crunches, which make them fun and very effective.

This workout worked my entire abs. Cindy is a wonderful instructor; some of the exercises were dificult but she is easy to follow. I love that a lot of the exercises were standing abs work.

I absolutely LoVe this workout! I have been using the full free version for months on top of months and it shows great results everytime I need to get ready for a big event! I recently purchased this workout when we moved and had not hooked up our internet. I could not go without this workout so the purchase was a must!! I LOVE this workout!!! it gets a little tough down at about 2 minutes left. but you really do feel it working your WHOLE ab section. I really like how Cindy is helpful with her tips and how she motivates you by saying, "Just think how you'll look in that swim suit" & "6 pack abs here we come" You really should try it!!!!! :)

I really enjoy this workout. Cindy is very fun to follow along with, she keeps me interested and is very motivational. Not to mention she looks amazing, I mean who wouldn't want a body like hers right? This workout makes me feel like I've done a decent overall ab workout when I'm done. Sometimes the 10 minute ones just aren't enough for me. This 20 minute workout will be challenging if you are a beginner, and if you are more advanced, there are opportunities to take some of the moves to the next level. My abs burn by the end of this workout and that means that your body is changing! I love a challenge when it comes to exercisng and this has to be one of my favorite ab workouts available on Exercise TV!

cindy is great and all her workouts are top notch. she kept me moving turning from front to back which added to teh momentum of the class; no time to take a break and drop out; worked every angle of abs from all diffenent positions so if one position was too hard or easy to reach a particular area, i reached with another exercise

This workout builds momentum as it progresses. It eases you into the more challenging moves and by the time you're done, your abs have been completely worked from every angle. You feel it the next day, but you're not so sore that you can't move. Really effective, intermediate to advanced ab workout but totally do-able. Keeps your heart rate up too!

Cindy Whitmarsh is great!! With this workout you are able to work your abs from all angles, and since there is lots of variety in the workout you don't get bored or feel discouraged over having to do several reps of only one exercise. Cindy really explains the exercises well and is so upbeat and encouraging that you will stick with it. If you want better abs and want more than just your average crunches and sit ups you will enjoy this workout. Abs are my least favorite thing to workout but thanks to Cindy working my abs became bearable and now enjoyable, Thanks Cindy!!

I really enjoyed Incredible Abs. She is great! awesome! i have all of Cindy's videos and I do the fat burning video every day in the mornings, and have added this video for my afternoons. I have lost 30 pounds by dieting and Cindy's videos plus her two dvds. I live overseas so my cousin purchases the video on my online exercise tv account for me and i download them from the library since i'm not able to access the online purchasing from the country that i am. LOVE YOU CINDY! YOU ARE A GREAT MOTIVATOR!

This is a really hardcore workout! I am working hard on toning my midsection and Incredible Abs had me huffing and puffing in the first five minutes. I can already feel my transverses strengthening, after just one session. Great workout!

This is not an "easy" workout. Cindy does have "incredible abs" and this is the way to get them! I certainly could feel it the day after, but not so bad that I couldn't move or breathe. IMO, it's a great ab workout.

This workout is a MUST. Everyday that I do cardio I do an ab workout beforehand and this one is absolutely going to be added to the routine. Her moves are unique and challenging, and her energy keeps me going throughout the entire workout. I'm bringing my laptop to the gym!

One of the best ab workouts. It works your abs from every direction and I feel like I get some cardio as well. Some of the moves toward the end (such as the bicycle) are difficult for me, mainly because I am winded but this one really gives results if you do it 2-3 times a week. Cindy is very motivating and pleasant.

The Incredible Abs workout looks easy enough. I can do only the first part of the excercise shown because I have Sciactica, however I'm still trying to stay in shape, and I've got to get those stretches in everyday. I turn to your site for most of my excecise needs. All with my doctor's approval of course.
