I Now Love Pilates

Quick, easy, feel the burn

This video is only 10 min. but I can really feel the burn when I'm done with it. I have started to see my previously lacking asset grow and become much more shapely. It's easy and I can do it at work or after a run.

This is wonderful. I do this workout everyday. I do not like lunges or squats. This workout gives me great results without hurting my knees.

Great!

I thing this video is good not only for beginners. Every time I`m doing these exercises I find new goals to reach - bigger circles, better stretches and so on. Thank you, after 2 weeks of leg Pilates my legs are already getting slimmer and more beautiful. :)

Great Work out!

My legs & butt are problem areas & this workout targets them just right. I also have back issues & have to becareful of workouts that I do. This has helped me a lot. My pants fit & feel much better since I'm doing these.

Fast & Easy

I love this video because Nicole is bubbly and fun to watch. She keeps the workout moving at a steady pace with much variety. I always leave this video after only ten minutes and know that that was a ten minutes well spent.

This is the perfect workout that I enjoy to combine with a previous intense cardio workout, it is slow and relaxing. A really energizing and stretching routine!

I've dropped some videos because I find the trainer too obnoxious. Nicole -- however -- is great. Lots of enthusiasm and communicates clearly.

This is a pretty good legs/booty workout. It's pilates based, so it's kind of slow and deliberate, no cardio here. Love the exercise she does toward the end where you touch knee to knee and then toe to toe. Ouch! But it really works great.
