This is a really great ab workout if you do it right - I think the key is when he's telling you to keep your lower back on the floor - keeping that for the entire workout lets you keep a constant contraction on the abs!

Excellent Quick Ab workout

I have done Incrediabs wuth Cindy Whitmore, but that is 21 mins long. I wanted an ab routine I could combine with another 10 min qorkout (like Natural Lift or bootylicious) and I found this video to be just what I was looking for. It's not as intense as Incrediabs, but it is challenging. An excellent addition to to library :)

Good moves

Using the ball or a handweight really makes the exercises tougher and requires that you keep the core constantly engaged. Kendall is as always very good at cueing and at explaining good form. It is not quite easy to get the exercises done correctly the first time you try, so it may seem that sets and repetitions are not enough to get a good burn. After doing the workout a few times one gets able to engage stronger and it's always possible to do the worout twice in a row.

While I only felt this workout during a few of the moves, boy did I feel it the next day. This is a fairly slow-paced workout, but it really gets your abs from every angle.

Good workout. Very focused on crunches though. A little tough on my neck. Love the side planks and the exercise where you feed a ball between your legs. Both of those are very effective.
