Using the ball or a handweight really makes the exercises tougher and requires that you keep the core constantly engaged. Kendall is as always very good at cueing and at explaining good form. It is not quite easy to get the exercises done correctly the first time you try, so it may seem that sets and repetitions are not enough to get a good burn. After doing the workout a few times one gets able to engage stronger and it's always possible to do the worout twice in a row. |
