6 pack abs

This is a great 10 minute workout - I starting seeing results in just a couple days. I do this one right after Jennifer Galardi's 10 minute standing abs which is a great warm up. I'm now losing my post menopausal bulge.

Ab-solutely do this!

I love anything that helps tighten my abs. I suffer from low back pain, so anything that strenthens my core muscles is great. This is just a long enough workout without pushing the limits of my endurance. Great job!

Love Cindy's style...

A quick but effective ab and core workout. You definitely get some 'burn'.
All in all it is not really cardio, but absolutely challenging. You get planks, standing abs and some traditional crunches as well. A great addition to your regular routine. And of course: Cindy's spark absolutely makes it fun.

This is a nice short workout that gets the blood flowing and helps the core and burns some calories. I like that it's only 10minutes and you can jump to another ten minute workout after that or a 30min cardio.

The video was not very clear in pixels. The action was fast paced but good. I thought it was a cheap move to charge a fee to transfer it on disk. I got this with my reward points and wanted to save it so that I work out to it on my television.

I like the variety this workout adds to my ab routine. The standing exercises are a nice break from the usual floor work, and I like the incorporation of light hand weights. I found some of the moves a little difficult to execute with good form and will have to work on those, but I appreciate the challenge. I definitely felt this the next day, too - especially in the obliques.

IT WOULD BE A WHOLE LOT BETTER IF I COULD DOWN LOAD IT ONTO A DISK. SO I CAN DO MY WORKOUT ON MY DVD WHERE I HAVE SPACE TO MORE. WON'T DO THIS AGAIN.

An excellent program for those targeting their abs while burning calories. A little fast-paced, so it's worth watching once through before trying it, which also helps determine if you're physically able to do some of the more strenuous floor exercises.

I found this work out abit hard to do after a cardio workout, but fine by itself. TI works different muscle groups which i love even though i can't do some as much as others and how it proved to me how weak some are and how others are stronger.

I haven't been able to get my videos to download. In my area all I have available is dial up. I am going to attempt again to download through the night. Hopefully I will be able to get it and write a real review. I had to choose a rating continue. I believe it is unfair at this point.

I never could get the message saying to sign in to stop running so that I could hear the instructions. It is a very frustrating process once the video is downloaded onto the computer. I would never buy another one even though the video looks good.

Downloaded to computer. Site wasn't specific about requirements to burn to a cd. Download stopped and started. Made following workout a bit difficult. Would be hard for a beginner to follow.

As I was doing this workout, I thought...no problem! However, the next day I really felt it! It is a "good" pain though! For such a short workout, I was amazed at the muscles I could feel it in! I am thinking of purchasing more of your workouts.

Excellent work out. I consider myself to be in fairly good shape for exercising and at first I thought this one was boring and wasn't doing anything. Well, I ended up being sore -- a good sore -- in places that I thought were in shape! I love it!

I had my doubts, but I can really feel some soreness after only 2 workouts. This is a pretty good video and the motions are easy to follow. Some parts are definitely challenging. Overall, satisfied with this video.

I've been happy with this product. After the first few times of using it, I could feel some soreness in my obliques, which was nice. Some of the same moves that I've seen in other places, but they were strung together well and it flowed for me.

Sometimes it would be nice if Cindy could explain a few mods to the moves, for people that want a higher or lower intensity. At the end of the clip, they could add these in, before exercise TV runs their ads, so people could incorporate the mods in the next time.

I liked this because it felt like more than just an ab workout...you were moving and I felt myself break a sweat. Some of the exercises were very minimal and I felt they didn't work my abs, but others I really felt, which is why I marked it intermediate. I would recommend this workout though; it's one of the better ab routines on this site.

This is a good, quick core workout. Most of the moves are traditional, some with a little twist. I have not been a fan of Whitmarsh's videos before, but this one is really good. The movement is constant and about half is standing so you feel like you get the calorie burn as well.

A great short ab work out. Cindy and the ladies in the workout are beautiful! Cindy makes you want to see the workout through--without seeming like a bully--she is very kind! This is a good one to do if you are doing strength training in the same workout. I usually feel as if I have gotten a great ab and cardio workout with this one. Favorite part of the workout--repeater knee, mountain climber, bicycle, and side plank.
