Great for Arms!

I just downloaded this and I LOVE it! She not only does your arms but she includes "some" AB's & Leg exercises to go with your arms. The key is to go at your own pace, for a 20 minute workout it's fun, not too hard, and it's done before you know it. I do ZUMBA for my cardio 3x's a week so I wanted something for my Arms, and this is GREAT! This could be for a begginer or intermediate.

Excellent

I am believer of, a workout should be fun and hurt at the same time. this workout does just that. I do this routine and pair it with an incredible abs routine and thats where the pain and fun get real intense.

I love it!!!!

Here comes the sun!

Thanks to Cindy, i can truly prepare for summer. These moves work muscles i didn't think i had. I still have a ways to go, but give me a few more weeks with this routine and my arms will be even more toned! My back is stronger, i feel like i can lift more and wear my tank top proudly!

I can do push-ups now!!

I can actually do a few push-ups now in a row and I have only done the workout a few times! I grabbed this workout because while I have a great core, I have no real arm strength (I could barely get in one good push up before this workout). I can feel this really working, and I love that Cindy throws in some ab workouts too! Don't forget to eat a meal high in protein after this workout!

I Love this workout! I feel like it really focuses on your arms, and it's hard to find a workout that does a lot with your arms. Most make my legs hurt but barely touch my arms. This is great

I really like this video. It's fun to do with lots of different exercises, not just lifting weights. I don't think it will get boring and if I want to make it harder I can increase the size of the weights. Great price for a great video.

Cindy Whitmarsh is a great trainer. Her workouts are easy and fun to do. Since I start doing this workout, I feel my arms and shoulder stronger. I totally recommend this workout!

good upperbody routine, use the heaviest weights you can tolerate to get best results. Abs are efficient. Cindi is no nonsense and clear on directions. Gppd for days when you need a lower body rest.

This workout definitely works your arms and shoulders. I loved the add ins for the abs as well. There's great suggestions on making the moves more difficult. I like that it's fast paced, yet before you start the move, a demo is given. It is very easy to follow.

Very good workout for the arms! It's about 90% arm with 10% legs and abs. As for the arm parts, you can compare it to the Crunch BootCamp workout with Kelly. Outstanding. I can already see the definition in my arms and neck.

I loved this when I first saw it free on Comcast Digital, and bought it after they quit running it. It's a great workout for the arms, shoulders, and abs. It's short, which fits in my schedule, but made a noticeable difference in a week. I use it now mostly because I feel like it's perfect to keep me toned and complements my cycling which I do on off days.

I love this video... I wish they didn't take it off Demand! It is close to impossible to download to a DVD. I wish you could put it back on Demand.

I am looking for something new and challenging as I am starting to workout again after a year away from jogging and exercise. So- I would say that using my COKE Rewards for the purchase of this download was great for me, I like the ability to workout on my own time. The workout gives me the ability to target the areas that I need to challenge my body with. I have tried to download it to a DVD, and still do not know how to do that properly. But I have a download library so it is still something I can get at my demand. Convienent. And the work out does not require too much extra equipment to complete the job.. Would recommend this to anyone interested in getting back in shape or wanting to find diversity in there workout. One last thing I would consider this a low to med impact workout. So if you want to be challenged with more cardio you may want to try something more difficult.

My 13yr daughter and I have recently started to lose weight and tried this work out for arms and found it great. I did't feel I was greatly out of shape but the workout has shown real results in the way it works the arms and abs.
