I have to pass along to not waste your time and money on Lia's video. The exercises were not challenging, fun or technical. It is hard to find a good trainer. I was expecting that Exercise TV put someone on their site they would be good. This is the reason why I had to pass along my thoughts. Please don't waste your money on this boring and lack of creativity.

Lia Montelongo


Lia Montelongo embarked on her personal training and fitness journey more than fifteen years ago, teaching dance and exercise classes in her neighborhood park district and choreographing dance numbers for the cheerleading team.At age nineteen she was a certified Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor in downtown Chicago. Lia then competed in Miss Fitness Chicago where she won the title at only age twenty. She has competed in the WTF Women's Tri-Fitness and has become their MC for the annual event in Las Vegas.
