Nicole Stewart is one trainer you can stay with especially if you have spine/neck issues. She won't hurt you like other trainers. |

I hate crunches and the like, so this provides a more enjoyable way for me to work out my core. It's also great for targeting inner and outer thighs! At only 20 minutes, I do it if I'm short on time for working out that day, or if I'm feeling especially motivated, it's a great after a run. |
