Great short core workout

I have 2 herniated discs and permanent nerve damage in one leg. This workout focuses on strengthening the core, hip abductors and includes some gently stretches which are all areas that my physician wants me working on. I substitute bridges instead of the sit ups since those are not indicated for those with low back injuries. It has helped with pain reduction and strengthening for me. I recommend it for those with low back and hip problems and Nicole does a great job of pointing out the modifications. This is not intended to be a calorie burner.

Great short core workout

Good Core Workout

I love this workout and Nicole Stewart. She is very clear about position and posture and the basics, and the pace is perfect for me. The length is also just what I want. I only wish I could put it on a DVD--that is that the download format was different. Better yet, I would love to buy a DVD with her as trainer but could not find one.

Nicole Stewart is one trainer you can stay with especially if you have spine/neck issues. She won't hurt you like other trainers.
Perfect for those wanting to get back into it.

Well Worthy

The exercise is the basics of pilates, can be for all levels of pilates, however aimed at beginner level. It's good for morning stretch and night time for ending the day peacefully.

Nice core workout

I hate crunches and the like, so this provides a more enjoyable way for me to work out my core. It's also great for targeting inner and outer thighs! At only 20 minutes, I do it if I'm short on time for working out that day, or if I'm feeling especially motivated, it's a great after a run.

NO.

WAY TOO EASY. I did not sweat at all. It was the easiest exercise routine that I have ever done. Don't wait your time. Check out something that might actually burn more than 10 calories.

I'm a newly reformed couch potato, with little to no core strength. This is a great workout for beginners like me; I have been doing the workout 3-4 times per week for 2-3 weeks and already I feel a difference! It is challenging but moves at a reasonable pace, I feel refreshed and invigorated when I am done. I like that Nicole offers ways to intensify the workout as a beginner moves to intermediate; this is one I will keep for a while!

I have fibromyalgia and this is the only workout I can do at this time. I have worked up to do more nefore but the cold weather is here and I am extremely tight even with massages. this help and I can actucaaly do most of it and it helps. If you have fibromyalgia This is a great starting place.

This is a good basic Pilates workout. I had never done Pilates so it was a good introduction and the length is just perfect to cool down from a cardio workout.

This is do-able for me and effective. The instructor is great and good at explaining the workout. I enjoy this one, and it helps me to stretch and slow down at the end of the day.

I really like Nicole Stewart's pilates style. The workout is quick but effective. After doing the workout I am sore but not too bad. I use total body pilates in combination with pilates for abs.
