I wanted to cry when I realized I wasn't nearly as strong as I'd thought. I had a hard time keeping up, but that is a good sign of something worth doing. I will keep doing this buns workout until ive mastered it...and my @ss :P
This is a very quick workout that targets your glutes and works them just to the point of fatigue. I find that to get the most out of this workout you really have to focus on form and be mindful of contracting your abs and glutes while preforming each exercise.

I personally am a complete klutz when it comes to doing lunges so I don't like them very much. This video includes them and I stumble my way through -- and all I know is in spite of my lack of grace I can really feel a difference with Stephanie's routine!
This routine is good for toning, but not so good for getting a bigger butt (too many reps)

I have been doing this exercise coupled with Amy Dixon's abs and back workout for almost 2 months now, and I have seen a COMPLETE turnaround from the flat saggy butt I had then, and the firm round shapely bottom I have today! My husband is VERY impressed with the results!
Overall a good workout for your bottom half. I enjoyed it and I could feel it in my thigs and buns.
I wanted to start working out again but just couldn't find the time. This short video was perfect to do before getting in to the shower before going to work. Just enough to make a difference and encourage me to add one more 10 minute workout such as six pack abs. What a difference it has made in just a two week period.
I really like this video. It is short yet challenging. After doing it every 2nd day for two weeks, it has already shaved a bit off the sides of my thighs!!!
