if you only have 10 minutes, this will get your heart rate up. Goes fast, surprising variety for just 10 minutes, and also safety stretches in between. Gonna use it as a morning wake-up video. Love Steve's style :)
Fun exercises, but there were too few repetitions for each move. The pushups at the end were quite difficult imo.

I am thrilled to have found this site!!
I'm just starting to get back into exercise routines and thought this would be a good starter... I had some sore muscles after my first workout but continued on and have found it to be a good workout and just enough of a challenge to keep me interested. The 10 minutes is great to squeeze into a busy day!
