Awesome Workout

I absolutely love this work out - it is amazing how much more challenging the moves are simply by adding a towel. It's tough, but the results are definitely worth it!!

I have always loved pilates. My sister bought me Winsor Pilates when I was 14 and it really got me in shape. I decided to try this one out and it was even better. It's much more challenging to my abs, which is really good. My stomach is getting flatter already and my abs are a lot stronger. Jessica is definitely my new favorite trainer.

harder than I thought

The instructor is a natural. I really enjoyed this workout. I downloaded it to my laptop and brought it with me to the gym. I love using the towel it makes it so much harder! I've only been doing Pilates for about 5 months, but I felt like this was quite challenging. Enjoy!

In my opinion, this is one of the most demanding pilates workouts, extremely completed, challenging, you can mix with some cardio exercise like FAT BURN to do a good routine, burning and sculpting

I have been doing this workout for 2 months about twice a week and it still kicks my butt every time! Who knew a towel could elevate a workout?!

After following the video, I was standing much taller the rest of the day, and my boyfriend noticed how much slimmer I looked without my stomach sticking out! I'm going to try to do this program 2-3 times per week. I like how the instructor starts off with first isolating the part of the stomach/back you want to work, in order to do pilates properly and gain maximum benefit from the exercises. I used to take pilates classes religiously several years ago but now live in an area where classes are not as accessible, so it has been awhile since I've done pilates...but I think this video is just right - 20 minutes - and puts you through some good work!

Jessica is a terrific trainer. She's specific in her cues and make sure she focuses correct form and proper breathing. This workout is excellent. 20 minutes of ab work that hits every part of the core. The towel really does make a difference, so be sure to use it. Like Pilates in general, this workout is as challenging and as effective as you want it to be, so really anyone from beginner to advanced can benefit. I do this video 2-3 times a week, even when I don't have time for anything else, and my abs are toned and strong. You'll love this video.

I bought this after it went off the cable channel. I had strengthened my core using this video, then when not doing the video for a few months, went back and tried it again. Boy did I lose it. I was surprised because I thought it got "too easy," but it must have done the trick because now, I'm having to work back to where I was, but it took me only a few short weeks to build that core strength. Would recommend to Beginner/Intermediate levels.

As Jessica says "this always makes me work hard".
I don't like pilates too much -I feel like it is a bit too easy- but this one is good work.
