Work it!

Who wants bat wing arms flying in the wind? or love handles? I love this DVD, great upper body strenthening and training. Looking forward to some great arms!

a solid upper body toning

First off I like the workout. my shoulders especially feel the moves the rest of the day. I think the instructions are clear and the breathing and form tips are especially helpful if you're not used to doing these kind of moves.

quick overview: it starts with some movements to warm up your upper body and moves into shoulder work. then you do some pushups (how i love/hate pushups!) and work your arms. if ends with a bit of core strengthening.

One thing though: the blonde woman in the workout uses momentum to accomplish most of her lifts, you should not follow her for this reason.

I loved this workout. Great workout for getting tank top and bikini ready! The instructor was really helpful with breathing.

Upper Body Challenge

I really like this workout. It is challenging and you will surely feel it 'working' afterwards as well.
After a nice and very effective warm up you strengthen your back, your shoulders, arms and core as well.
I would not call this cardio though on any level and I do miss stretch at the end.
