Good Upper Body workout

This workout is suitable both for beginners as well as intermediate level. Dove makes a good work of getting your shoulders burn. Try this to have rounded shoulders.

Great, quick workout

This is a great workout for your shoulders, biceps and triceps. She moves things quickly so you're getting some cardio too. I really enjoy this vidoe.

Quick and easy to follow

I really enjoy this video. In 20 mins I get a great upper body workout. This video is for anyone, it's very easy to follow and since it uses weights it can be for a beginner or an advanced person.

I loved this upper body workout. I love Dove and hope to see more of her on exercise tv. There aren't that many upper body workouts on the channel and this one concentrates mostly on toning the arms which is done perfectly. I do it 3 times a week and my arms are looking tight! If you are looking to tone and slim your arms, do this but beware of the burn. So worth it.

Don't waste your time with this workout. Pacing is too fast through the exercises, safetya and proper form are compromised. Set reps are continuous tiring the muscles.
