This is really the Bollywood dance workout I've been waiting for!
It is fun, easy to follow, entertaining, and yet very powerful, you do feel you're getting a good cardio and body workout !
You end up out of breath, but with such a smile on your face !
It is divided in 3 blocks, made of several different moves, all combined in the end of the video in a Masala Bhangra Jam.
Which is silly, but proper the video download I suppose, is that the "breakdown of moves", necessary to anyone like me, doing it for the first time, is at the end of the video !
So you have to move foward; learn, and then come back and do the 3 blocks !
But, apart from this detail, it is an awesome workout, and when you love indian music, Bollywood movies and the colorful indian flavour, this is a must have !!!!
