A unique way to build your own workout.
Because there are just 3-4 exercises in each video focusing on a specific type of workout or muscle group, these mini workouts make it easy to either a) add a few new exercises to your existing routine or b) go from one to the next and you've got a well-rounded strength training workout.
These are just the kind of quick workout moves to squeeze in to 15 minutes or less. You can do them in your office during lunch (if you've got a door or hidden cubicle) or when you come home too tired to work up a full 30 minutes and move furniture. Or right before bed if you had that extra dessert and feel guilty. Jillian is the queen of packing maximum burn into a few minutes to get results. She's also the only workout instructor that can motivate me. The best part is, it's free!!
Great mini sampler of Jillians workout. It shows you the proper forms to perform each exercise. It is not a full workout, but more of a sampler and yet it might feel as a mini workout to some.
Useful moves if you don't have time to do a whole video, however better if you can remember each of the moves and use them on your own.
I had to give up my gym membership when we moved and these are great workouts I can do at home. The legs are killer and the chest is still too difficult for me to get all the way through. Hopefully at some point I can build up enough strength to get thru it.
excellent videos once again, jillian. I like how she shows you how to modify the exercises if you are a beginner or how to make them harder if you aren't. I also like how she is very specific on how many sets and reps to complete. that makes it much easier to follow.
I love the way it makes me feel and the way my boyfriend can see results!
Jillian Michaels always puts out quality products, and I was impressed at the mini workouts offered for free. They targeted major muscle groups, without being too overwhelming for a beginner. I will continue to use the workout videos for weeks to come.
I love Jillian! These workouts are short but powerful. They are so nice to have as extra or for a day when you want a shorter workout.

I have only done one of the exercises but I love the idea of customizing a workout based on these routines. I can get a different workout each time which keeps me challenged.

love it. you can work out as hard as you want so if you're a beginner you can modify accordingly. Only wish Jillian would have put her quick trouble zone segment on her DVD that contains the full version....little bit of a rip-off there.
I haven't been able to get the videos to play. The play arrow has no affect. Good thing it was a free download.

Very difficult moves. Not for the beginner. Also not sure all moves are safe. I'm intermediate to
advanced and found some these moves hard. Will give it a try again in a few weeks.

I loved the Jillian Michaels workouts. They're more challenging than most workouts.
Love these videos. She gets to the point and explaines each exercise. This will be a great addition to my regular routine and will help to mix it up. I can already notice a difference and I just downloaded them a few days ago. :)

Very helpful but I would've enjoyed it better if she not only showed us how to do the moves and how many repetitions to do, but to actually do it with us. But then again, i guess that's why they're called "mini" workouts.
This is a great little lesson/exercise. These are things that you can do at home and jam into small breaks.

excellent! if you have the motivation but don't know what to do & how much to do then this is for you. And hey its free!!! Also a good customer support system for any technical problems. I had some difficulty downloading but even though i purchased it for free the help was quick.

Seems to be more of a promotional video for her than anything else. I understand they are free and mini-workouts but they just shouldn't be done if they are not going to be done well.
Great way to add variety to workouts, i haven't used them all but i enjoy jillian's direction and just watching her is enough to get me off the couch to do her workout
This is intermediate to advanced. I like that I can fit one of these in on a busy day, or add these to another workout to make it more intense. The push-up video made me sore for days!
I never got to use them cus I couldn't access them I was force to buy the DVD from another site and will no longer use Exercise tv store for my work out needs again

I love these work out. Although some are really tough, I really enjoy trying them out. Since I started w/Jillian's workouts I certainly been able to build my endure and strength.
These workouts demos are really great because you can adapt them to your own target zones (abs, arms, whatever...) and repeat the exercise as many times as you want, can and need, following Jillian's instructions.
With these mini workouts,you can really create your own program, and this is what I like best about them. Anyway, Jillian Michaels is a fabulous coach and I recommend all her workouts : they're though but they work !

I like the download except with all the advertising before and after each move. It is very distracting to try to concentrate on the exercise. I think Jillian is the most realistic trainer on the circuit today.

As someone who's completed Jillian's 30 day shred, I was looking forward to more Jillian. I've only done a few of the exercises to date, but I've viewed all of the videos. These are great. Although each one is short, each provides enough guidance to be able to do the full routines on your own. For example, on the abs one, Jillian shows you 3 different exercises and then tells you how many reps and how many sets (20 reps, 3 times). Overall I'm impressed. In style, these are just like the 30 day shred. Jillian shows proper form and explains the purpose of each exercise.
I like the fact that these are so short because I can download them to my iPhone and bring them on vacation with me. I don't have to worry about bringing the DVD.
The only small complaint I have is that there's 30 seconds of the same ads at the beginning of each one, and more at the end. Although since these are free, I'm not complaining too much!

when I first starting doing them, I couldn't get through all of them. Everyday I would go a little bit further. I have lost 5 pounds.

Excellent opportunity for me to try out various exercises. As I am disabled,there are only a limited amount of exercises that I can do safely,this allows me to work out in my own home and work out a routine based on what I can/cannot do.Many thaks.
