Bootcamp weights

Nice somewhat cardio bootcamp with weights workout. Not a lot of sweat but some nice moves and toning.

I recommend mix this workout with some more cardio video like FAT BURN, MAJOR METABOLISM BOOSTER or cardio Yoga to do first. You can be sure you are building muscle

I used this workout in addition to power walking and pilates to get ready for my wedding and I was so happy with the results. The workout is easy to follow and the tempo moves fast and it's so easy to fit into your schedule. My arms, back, shoulders and legs were really toned and looked great in photos. I would recommend doing additional workouts to tone up abs, but otherwise this workout is great! Love Teri Ann!

I got married last year and used Terri Ann's program in addition to working on the elliptical a few times a week. Looking back on my wedding photos, my arms, back, and shoulders looked fabulous. I've gained some weight back in my first year of marriage, and have begun using this again to tone up. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, this work out to anyone!!!!

This can be squeezed into anyone's schedule, and the moves are easy enough to remember to do even if you]re not at home.
