Good start

You will really feel this workout in your muscles. I recommend it for strength and sculpting. I do wish it had a bit more cardio though.

Ouch

Again, short and to the point. This alone won't get you totally bikini-body ready- of course you have to have some cardio to help burn fat first; then sculpt the body.

fun and it works

Stephanie's workouts are always so easy to follow. She gives great direction and motivation. This one offers the best toning moves! My thighs are getting toned with each passing day! And my arms have even toned up and slimmed down! Great program! I mix this routine with 6 Round Slim down, at least 2x a week.

EXCELLENT!!!

THIS IS A POWER HOUSE KICK*** WORKOUT!!!.....WHEW!! I GET BORED WITH WORKOUTS VERY EASILY (ALSO A BEGINNER). I BEEN LOOKING FOR WEEKS FOR A WORKOUT THAT WAS VARIED BUT AT THE SAME TIME CHALLENGING AND THIS WORKOUT WAS IT! EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AT THE RIGHT TIME! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Motivation

It is difficult to workout alone. When I am working out to SV's videos, I feel like she is actually my personal trainer. She is very personable and motivational. When I do her work outs, I get tired and want to stop, then she will say something like " I know you want to get into that bikini!" lol and I cannot stop, have to keep perservering to regain my shape!!!

Bikini Body Ready

This work out is great and very intense. I notice the day after do this work out my legs are so sore. Lately I have not done this work out. I do like Stephanie's other work out video Bootylicious Buns, it truly works!!!!!!!!!

Stephanie Rocks!

Absolutely love working out with Stephanie! She knows how to target the areas she wants to without over doing it. What I mean is that some instructors try to work 5 muscles at once while not really doing anything. If the video is for working buns, you will feel it in your buns while working out with her. Highly recommended instructor.
