Love this workout. I'm an intermediate to advaced fitness level & this one makes me break a full on sweat. I do add a few advance movements to some of the moves to get that extra umph I need. Kendall's cuing is right on & very easy to follow. My 13 year olds do this workout with me sometimes! Highly reccommend!

I love this workout! It will burn some serious calories, make you sweat and get in shape. This work out is still tough for me and I love it. Kendall Hogan is great and I would like to find more that are him.

I really enjoy this workout. I find myself working up a mega sweat but still have a smile on my face. It's challenging enough to get your heart pumping and your body sweating but not too difficult as to not get through it. I really enjoy it :) Thanks Kendall!!!
This is a great workout, very easy to follow. But because it's called a bootcamp workout I was expecting it to be a bit more challenging. Still, I'll continue to use this one!
I have been doing Tae Bo for about 10 years but I needed a change. Kendal's bootcamp has been just what I needed to change up my routine yet keep me challenged! If I could add one thing to the workout it would be about 10-15 minutes more!!!

I always come back to this workout because the instructor is easy to follow , keeps you moving throughout the whole workout and makes it fun!
This workout is great! I'm the type that likes to feel like I'm about to die during my workouts, so I made it more advanced by running in place in a tire stance whenever Kendall is marching. Doing that will burn more calories and really makes this an exhausting workout - I recommend trying it when you feel ready!
this is one of my favorite workouts because the moves are simple, but you definitely get a good sweat. i do it on the days i am sore from a previous workout and just getting my blood pumping makes me pain free the next day.
I didn't expect much out of this workout b/c it was free, but I gotta tell ya... it kicked my butt. I marked it as a beginner workout b/c all of the moves are easy to do. This was the first time I've done it, and I was able to do everything. However, it will definitely work you out! There's lots of jumping which really gets your heart rate up. And the cheesy girls in the background make for great entertainment if you want a good laugh. haha
This is my all time favorite video! It was hard at first but after 1 month of doing it I am able to get through it all. I am a 200 lb. lady and if I can do it YOU can do it. Kendell is the best!

Kendall Hogan has such a great attitude and keeps it fun! This video is what got me hooked on Exercise TV. At first, I stumbled a little to get the timing of some of the options right, but it was a mini-challenge that kept it interesting.

There is a lot of jumping in this workout but not so much that it is impossible. It's challenging but still do-able. The cue-ing is great, you always know what's coming. Kendell's attitude is motivating and positive also.
I tried this a few days ago just to switch up my usual routine and boy was is great. Kendal is so dynamic and energetic, I only wish it was a longer work out. His cueing is outstanding , I always knew what was coming up next. I look forward to seeing more from him!
I am a beginner and I could do the workout entirely only after 2 weeks because I'm in a lousy shape. But I can feel that I getting better and better each time. I love this video and it's the first time since I've started aerobics that I don't get tired of doing the same workout everyday. It's very dynamic.
I usually don't like cardio but Kendell made this workout fun and effective! You will definitely get a good sweat out of it. Kendell is very easy to follow and makes cardio entertaining. After the workout I feel great, not out of breath to pass out. Very good pace and nice rests in between with marches. Overall, awesome. Would like to see more videos from Kendell.

I love this product! It is easy to follow, the music is motivating, and so is the instructor. It challenges me and I look forward to doing it throughout the week. The length of time of the workout is perfect. I'm energized!
Kendall, I love him. He is so accessible and makes working out fun. He's working out with you, not like some of the trainers that are on exercise on demand now who are letting everyone else do all the work. Kendall makes it fun and when I'm done, I'm sweating from head to toe. He's a great trainer and very easy to follow. MORE WORKOUTS W/KENDALL PLEASE!!!!
This really gets the job done....even though I feel it is advanced, Kendall does show you how to bring it down so if you are not advanced you will still be able to keep up. Great workout.
As always Kendall Hogan delivers the perfect workout. The workout is energetic, fun, interesting and helps you burn away the calories! The moves are all simple and easy to follow but you can absolutely feel the benefits almost immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this video!
I love this workout! I have been using this everyday for the last month and have not grown tired of it! I love the fact that Kendall incorporates all different types of cardio, from jump roping to skating to mountain climbers, this is a great calorie burning workout. Each time i finish i am sweating and feel like i have really accomplished something.
Usually I am not coordinated enough to keep up with this type of workout, but this one is very easy to follow. It moves fast and Kendall really makes it exciting. The two ladies with him are very enthusiastic as well. It's a great 30 minute workout--you will be sweating by the end. Lots of good moves that work you from head to toe. My favorite part is skating back and forth, power jacks, and the mountain climber. Be sure to have water nearby though, you will need it.
This video is great! I have done his workouts before and have always felt great afterwards! Kendell stays upbeat and this isn't hard to keep up with. Great for beginner or advanced. It is a full 30 minutes, no down time. Would recommend!
