Fun and Challenging

I watched the video first before I decided to try it and was really drawn in by the ease with which the exercises were executed. They also seemed fun to try out and looked challenging at the same time. I've been working out for a while so I was able to recognize that some of the exercises were a bit advanced, which excited me. The video turned out to be an awesome workout and I will be including this in my weekly workouts. I definitely plan to include this one in my library!

A little bit disjointed, had to keep pausing to go and get the needed items. Was fairly fast and only some of the ball walk was difficult, took some balancing that I might need to practise!
